Helping dads and families feel seen, supported, and connected.
Dads Figure It Out Foundation (DFIO) is a nonprofit dedicated to recognizing, supporting, and uplifting dads and families through storytelling, community partnerships, and meaningful experiences.
DFIO is a Tampa-based nonprofit with a growing national community. Four core programs. One mission.
Meaningful moments of encouragement, connection, and community impact.
To recognize, support, and uplift dads and families by creating meaningful moments of encouragement, connection, and community impact.
We believe strong fathers help build strong families, and strong families help build strong communities. Through storytelling, recognition, partnerships, and experiences, DFIO creates opportunities for dads and families to feel seen, supported, and connected.
Every program we build is designed to strengthen relationships, celebrate positive fatherhood, and create lasting impact within the communities we serve.

A community-powered model for recognition, storytelling, partnership, and experience.
DFIO is built around recognition, storytelling, partnership, and meaningful experiences — a community-powered model designed to strengthen dads, families, and the people who support them.
Four Programs. One Mission.
Each DFIO program serves a unique purpose while supporting the same goal: strengthening dads, families, and communities.
Community-Powered Impact
Every recognition, story, partnership, and Game Day Experience is made possible by people who believe dads and families deserve support, encouragement, and meaningful opportunities to connect.
Experiences That Create Lasting Memories
From a public recognition to a Game Day Experience, we focus on moments families remember long after the day ends.
Built Through Partnerships
DFIO works alongside recognized dads, family members, creators, podcasts, businesses, nonprofits, supporters, sports organizations, and community leaders to expand impact.
DFIO’s impact is shaped by recognized dads, family members, creators, podcasts, businesses, nonprofits, supporters, and community partners working together to strengthen families and celebrate positive fatherhood.
